V\u00edctor elabor\u00f3 un caldero con pescado roquero, pescado de la Bah\u00eda de Santa Pola, uno de los manjares m\u00e1s exquisitos del planeta. La materia prima fue capturada por los barcos Yaiza Albiol, Tridente Neptuno y El Verderol y cont\u00f3 con 5 kilos de mero, d\u00e9ntal, lloriola y sus colitas de rape. En la paella trabaj\u00f3 con 12 kg. de sepia, 2 kg. de colitas de rape, 2 \u00bd\u00a0 kg. de arroz y un all i oli en su punto. El Chef Jefe Moll\u00e1 cont\u00f3 como ayudantes a los Pinches Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n y Moreno, ambos 2 Estrellas Michel\u00edn de cocina marinera. El arroz estuvo en su punto con un toque de especies muy suave al paladar, con raciones abundantes y generosas para deleite de todos los comensales. A la hora de los postres el rey de los dulces fue la Tarta Los Morenitos (galleta-chocolate y leche), adem\u00e1s de profiteroles, murcianos y polvorones. La lista de bebidas estuvo compuesta por vino, cerveza, sidra, whisky, ron, cava y moscatel, puros cubanos, caf\u00e9 y bomb\u00f3n. Asistieron al \u00e1gape \u00c1ngel Piedecausa, V\u00edctor Padilla, David Cascales, Dami\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez, Santiago Garc\u00eda, Jaime Botella \u201cColleja\u201d, Antonio Medrano, Juan Carlos Mart\u00ednez Bernab\u00e9u, El Chuli, Juan Luis \u201cFelo\u201d, \u00d3scar Baile \u201cChama\u201d, Javi, El Profe, Josema, Pepe \u201cEl Moreno\u201d, Verderol y Mc Giver.
